Clinic Manager – MHDC Group (Medikids & MHDC clinic)

MHDC Group (Medikids & MHDC clinic) is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Clinic Manager who will be responsible for driving clinic growth, achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

As a Clinic Manager, you will play a key role as a business leader in managing clinic performance, developing growth strategies, optimizing sales opportunities, and leading a high-performing clinic team to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Drive clinic revenue growth and achieve business performance targets
• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, and clinic utilization
• Monitor sales performance, operational metrics, and identify opportunities for business improvement
• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency
• Build strong patient relationships through exceptional customer experience and service quality
• Lead, develop, and motivate clinic teams to achieve sales and operational targets
• Manage patient feedback and ensure effective resolution to maintain service excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing initiatives, operational performance, and clinic growth

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing business operations, preferably in:

1. 1. Healthcare / Medical industry
   2. Retail industry
   3. Hospitality industry (Hotel/Restaurant)
   4. Other service-oriented industries

• Proven experience in managing sales performance, revenue targets, or business growth initiatives
• Strong understanding of customer experience, sales process, and service excellence
• Experienced in team leadership and operational management
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to drive performance and achieve targets
